This Privacy Policy explains how Cardio Social (“we,” “us”), a coaching business operated by Tom Alias as a sole proprietor in Downtown Tampa, Florida, handles information in connection with this website and our tennis coaching services. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you contact us or ask about a session, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you choose to include in your message.
- Booking and payment information. Group sessions are scheduled and paid through TeamUp, with card payments processed by Stripe. Information you enter to book or pay is collected and handled by those providers under their own privacy policies. We only use what we need to schedule and run your session.
- This website. Our site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics or ad pixels on it. Standard server logs may record basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiries, schedule and deliver coaching sessions, process payments through our providers, and send you information you have specifically requested.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the business run — for example, TeamUp for scheduling and Stripe for payment processing — and where we are required to by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@cardiosocialtennis.com. You can also unsubscribe from any optional messages at any time.
Children’s privacy
Coaching for players under 18 is arranged with a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website without a parent or guardian’s involvement.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
