A fast, music-driven group workout on a tennis court — nonstop rallies, footwork, and games that leave you sweating and smiling. No experience needed, no standing in line.
Cardio tennis is a high-energy, small-group session built around continuous movement. You're fed balls, you rally, you chase, you reset — music going, coach keeping the pace high. You're moving almost the entire hour instead of waiting your turn on the baseline.
Everyone plays at their own level. Whether you last held a racquet years ago or you're on court every week, the drills scale to you — and because groups cap at six, you get real reps and real attention.
Capped at six players, so you're always moving and never invisible.
One hour of rallies, footwork, and live points — built to keep your heart rate up.
Separate beginner and intermediate/advanced sessions so you're matched.
Prepaid to lock your spot. No membership required to start.
Dynamic movement and easy rallies to get the body going and the group loose.
Fast-fed patterns — forehands, backhands, volleys, movement — with almost no waiting.
Points, mini-games, and rotations that put the drills to work and get competitive.
Stretch it out, catch your breath, and hang for a minute — the social part.

Twenty seconds of a real session — constant feeds, constant movement, nobody standing around. If it looks fast, that's the point. It scales to your level the moment you step on court.
Built for people just getting into tennis or coming back after a long break. We keep the feeds friendly, the movement simple, and the energy high — you'll be rallying and sweating from day one.
Faster feeds, tighter patterns, and more live points. This track pushes your footwork, consistency, and fitness while keeping the game-based fun that makes cardio tennis worth showing up for.
Doubles is its own game, and most players were never actually taught it. This clinic is about the patterns that win points — where to stand, when to poach, how to serve so your partner can finish, and how to move as a pair instead of two singles players sharing a court. Groups stay small, so everyone gets real reps and real feedback on live situations, not drills in a vacuum. Whether you play league, mixed, or just want to stop losing to teams you should beat, you'll leave with a few things you can use this weekend.
Our most competitive session. Thirty minutes of technical drilling to sharpen your game, then a full hour of live games — king of the court, 105 double, offense-defense, bump, and more. Ninety minutes, four to six players, and everyone's on the court the whole time.
Browse the schedule below, pick a time, and reserve your spot. Sessions are capped at six and prepaid, so they fill fast.
