High-Performance Tennis · Tampa

Built for the
serious project.

For competitive players chasing something real — college tennis, ITF junior, the pro tour. On-court development, tennis-specific strength and conditioning, and lab-grade testing, working as one system.

Train like the level you're chasing.

The high-performance program is for athletes with a defined goal and the commitment to match — players who want to be coached, conditioned, and measured the way college and pro programs do it.

The road to college tennis.

Florida is one of the deepest college tennis landscapes in the country — D1, D2, NAIA, and JUCO programs recruiting national fields, right here in the Tampa Bay area and across the state. Earning a spot isn't only about winning junior matches; it's about showing coaches a complete, projectable athlete they can build a lineup around.

Built to be recruited

We develop the game college coaches actually recruit — a weapon they can rely on, the movement and conditioning to hold up through dual-match season, and the point construction that wins at the division you're targeting.

Then we make it measurable. UTR, ranking, and results tell part of the story; force plates, speed gates, and VO2max tell the rest — objective proof of the athlete behind the number, the kind of data that gets a coach's attention.

The real thing

Competing where it counts

College tennis is dual-match pressure, lineup spots, and coaches watching how you compete — not just how you hit. We train for that: the fitness to back up a three-set Saturday, the temperament to hold a tight set, and the match IQ that turns a strong junior into a recruited one.

Performance coaching

The tennis itself — sharpened. Technical and tactical work built around your game style and your next level: patterns, weapons, serve-plus-one, return systems, and the point construction that wins matches at the level you're targeting.

Every block ties back to your project, so practice looks like the matches you're trying to win.

Strength & conditioning

Boost your on-court performance with tennis-specific strength and conditioning designed to enhance power, agility, and endurance — while preventing injuries through evidence-based training.

Programmed by a CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) with a Master's in exercise science, so the work is built on your data, not guesswork — periodised around your competition calendar.

Performance testing

Advanced sports-science testing for real performance tracking — the same tools used in college and pro environments, turned into a plan you can actually train from. We establish baselines, retest through the season, and let the numbers drive the decisions.

Data-driven insight to optimise training, manage load, and reduce injury risk — so progress is something you can see, not just feel.

Good to know

High performance questions.

Who is the high-performance program for?
Competitive players with a serious project — college tennis (D1, D2, NAIA), ITF junior, and ATP/WTA pathways. It's for athletes who want to train and be measured like professionals, not for casual play.
Can you help me get recruited for college tennis?
Yes. We build the profile college coaches recruit — a reliable weapon, dual-match fitness, and smart point construction — then back it with objective testing data (force plates, speed gates, VO2max) that quantifies the athlete behind your UTR and results. That combination of game, athleticism, and data is what moves you up a coach's board, whether you're targeting D1, D2, NAIA, or JUCO in Florida.
Do you work with players from outside Tampa?
Yes. Players travel in from across Tampa Bay — New Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Brandon, and St. Pete — because having tennis coaching, strength and conditioning, and sports-science testing in one place is hard to find. If you're serious about the project, the drive is worth it.
What sports-science testing do you offer?
Lab and on-court assessments — VO2max, Wingate anaerobic, force plates, DXA body composition, Dynavision reactive testing, and VALD timing gates — turned into a clear plan, not just numbers.
Do I have to test to train?
No. You can do strength and conditioning on its own. Testing is there when you want objective baselines and to track progress over a season — most serious players end up wanting both.
How do I start?
It starts with a conversation about your goals. Reach out with your level and your project, and we'll map the right combination of on-court work, conditioning, and testing.
